Health Improvement and Employee Wellness

Our People, Our Well-Being

This year's campaign is designed to be fun, engaging and self-motivating. We have created opportunities to pursue personal well-being by participating in programs all year long. The programs are designed to encourage healthy eating, pleasurable movement and improved well-being. Professional health coaching is available.

Employee Well-Being Works

Our programs are designed to help you meet your goals.

  • Our Wellness portal. Log-in to ManageWell® & connect to our programs
    www.managewell.com.  You will need your employee ID to log-on; enter using DH as prefix “DH012345”.
  • Complete the 2018 Health & Well-Being Assessment (HWA)
    • Participate January 1—February 28
  • Join the Team Walk-A-Rama~ January 15—February 25
    • 6 week program
    • Create or join a team with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 people
      Sync your FitBit®, Jawbone®, Garmin®, Microsoft Band® or iOs Apple Health® app activity tracker
    • Have another device? Manually enter your steps & backlog up to 5 days
    • Download the step conversion chart then manually enter the converted steps
    • Set your personal goals—online or with a coach
  • Build team goals for wellness
  • Celebrate with us!
    • Recognition for those who participated in Live Well 2017 programs
      HWA engagement recognition for departments/division
