Mindfulness 101 with Stephen Del Giudice, MD
Learn the basics of the practice of mindfulness including its benefits to the body and mind. Stephen Del Giudice, MD is former Dermatologist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord where he practiced for thirty years. He became an instructor of a mindfulness-based stress reduction program in 1996. His book, First Patient, Last Patient, guides readers on bringing mindfulness to the everyday practice of medicine.
