Repairs & Maintenance
What is your fondest memory from your 25 years working at Dartmouth-Hitchcock?
One of my fondest memories was commissioning the new offsite Colburn Hill building in 2000 and welcoming some of our last employees from Building 50 on the old Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital campus. There was a great deal of excitement for the staff finally becoming part of the new campus. It was great being able to play a part in making this move happen for everyone.
What about your job inspires you?
The gratitude of patients or staff after a job well done.
What do you like best about your department?
I enjoy the camaraderie and teamwork of the different trades within the Engineering Department. I'm constantly amazed at the abundance of knowledge within our department. I see that knowledge used every day as our staff comes up with solutions to the many challenges that come our way.
