Health Improvement Program (HIP)

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center's Health Improvement Program (HIP) provides a team of trained Health Coaches that support the health improvement goals of DHMC employees (physicians and staff) on an individual and group basis.

Our educational programs support healthful choices that enhance personal well-being from the "whole person" perspective, targeting needs in the areas of physical, mental, social, spiritual, and lifestyle health, building a culture of health within the DHMC community.
